Alaska, Colorado, Oregon and Vermont stand out. I'm ashamed to say my home state of Florida is embarrassingly far behind. Restrictive laws have a lot to do with this, throughout the Bible Belt. Anyone know what gives in North Dakota?

I would think California would be darker, in San Diego alone I can name a dozen breweries. But, it is a rather heavily populated state.
Yikes, definitely a little embarrassing, although the laws here in the South don't seem to be helping the matter.
