Duck-Rabbit Amber Ale from Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery, The
Rating: B+
Appearance: Reddish-orange in color, a good head with decent retention and some lacing.
Smell: Very bready smelling, even though there's no rye (that I know of) in this beer, I thought it smelled vaguely like rye bread), some caramel as well.
Taste: Bready, with enough hops to balance. Definitely malt dominated. Well-balanced for what it is.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, good carbonation.
Drinkability: Good! It's not too light, not too heavy, not too bitter, not too bland... Very easy to drink.
Serving type: bottle
