Review: Full Sail Pale Ale

Full Sail Pale Ale from Full Sail Brewing Company
Rating: B+

Different bottle than the one shown in the picture... This is finally available in Florida.

Appearance: Rather pale in color for an APA - more golden than orange. Decent head and retention, good lacing.

Smell: A very "clean" smelling APA: ale fruitiness, light bready malts, and some piney hops.

Taste: Less citrusy than most APAs and more earthy/herbal. Bitter, sticks to the tongue but in a pleasant way.

Mouthfeel: Light-medium body, good carbonation.

Drinkability: Sessionable.

Serving type: bottle
