Review: Sweetwater IPA

Sweetwater IPA from Sweetwater Brewing Company
Rating: A-

Appearance: Fairly light, orange/amber in color, not very clear despite sitting in my refrigerator for a few days. Nice head, good retention and some lacing.

Smell: Citrusy, juicy hops aroma. Can't really name any discernible malt characters in the nose.

Taste: Ridiculously juicy hops. Some grapefruit, but "juicy" is the best word I can think of to describe the hop character here.

Mouthfeel: Light-medium body, good carbonation.

Drinkability: Very high! This is a very good beer!

Serving type: bottle
